I had never heard of this until a friend told me she had been taking collagen tablets for hair/skin, etc. They only problem is that you need to take 6 monster-sized pills a day......I already take vitamins/supplements and a few RXs.....and really didn't want to take these also and wouldn't be consistent w/it.

By reading the reviews here and on other sites, this seemed to be the easiest way to include in your daily routine.......and I find it has no taste. I always have a protein drink each morning so it's easy to include this in the blender. I know it sound crazy and unbelievable but I'm positive I see a difference in my hair after the first week. That's how long I've used it. Am hoping I'll see some positive changes in my skin also......I don't expect miracles or the same as plastic surgery, which I don't want to do.......I'd prefer that youthful glow that we lose as we age......and maybe a little "plumping" to the skin, which has thinned out a lot in my older years. I don't expect wrinkles to magically disappear but softening them would be enough to please me. But my hair has amazed me.....I was already in the process of growing it long and knew how long and tedious that can be to go thru.....but it "seems" to be growing faster. I also have a lot of new little baby hairs around my hairline. I will say that I've taken Biotin for years now and thought that was the only at-home option I had to keep my hair looking good. I will return later and edit this if it continues this improvement.

After a few month more:
my hair has grown sooooo fast, I can hardly believe it. I don't really notice a lot of difference the condition of my skin but I'll continue w/it for what it's doing for my hair. I'm amazed...but we're all different so you never know what works for you or not.
