GH3 uses Procaine HCl as a source of the "B" vitamin PABA (Para-Aminobenzoic Acid) and DEAE (Diethylaminoethanol), a precursor to the "B" vitamin Choline. Procaine HCl is used because of the unique quality which the molecule exhibits, of being able to transfer through the damaged membranes of sick (diseased) cells. A worthy regimen addition

I have had an effectively positive experience with this product which began day 3 of consumption. I have noticed quicker healing of cystic acne (note, not a reduction, just quicker healing), an energy boost which does not resemble a caffeine high, and better mood overall without feeling "foggy". Though you may take 2 daily, I am on a once a day regimen. I monitor my supplements and do not like to overlap ingredients.
