I think it works.

I have been taking this for about 5-6 weeks. It is kind of a pain as I need to take 3 in the morning and 3 in the evenings on an empty stomach. It is a lot of pills to swallow! I can't say that my nails are stronger as I can still bend them :-( but I feel like my knees don't hurt as much anymore recently. I have been taking Glucosamine with MSM (which helps) and hyaluronic acid (Now brand) for the past 2 years but since I added this item to the list, I find that I am in less pain than I used to be in. Even though they are large pills, they are cleverly shaped as they are shorter and wider so I can swallow them a lot easier. The fish oil capsules on the other hand gets stuck in my throat a lot. I have to say I recommend it.
