Highly-concentrated, pure 31% Magnesium Chloride sourced from Ancient Inland Pure Ocean Minerals blended with Lavender Hydrosols. Spray onto body and massage into skin for maximum absorption. Apply first lightly to inside of forearm to test sensitivity (a gentle tingling sensation is normal). May be diluted with water. Avoid contact with eyes, face and other sensitive areas. Any excess may be wiped off after 20 minutes. May also be added to bath or used as a foot soak.
